Din ce in ce mai aproape de podcast

Salutare

Se pare ca data trecuta cand am in cercat sa instalez radio.userland am fost cam grabit si nu am observat ca se poate instala fara probleme ceea ce am si facut de la urmatoarea adresa: radio.userland.com>

Asta dupa ce am incercat sa editez campul Rss de la blogul meu si nu am reusit

Mi-am creat un nou blog: Radu's Radio Weblog

Am urmat pasii precizati intr-un articol postat zilele trecute si totul ar trebui sa fie in regula, in sensul ca am reusit sa parcurg toate etapele pentru a crea un podcast

Din cei trei pasi de mai sus eu i-am parcurs pe primii doi.

1: Am "creat" un mp3, sau mai bine zis am ales unul simpatic

2: Mi-am facut cont la www.as.ro

si am uploadat mp3-ul respectiv

3: Aici am ales varianta usoara dar am avt dificultati deoarece "radio.userland"
nu e o un software gratuit (cel putin din cate mi-am dat eu seama).

Ramane sa caut o varianta gratuita de radio.userland sau sa abordez varianta "grea" de la pasul 3.

Articolul de mai jos care descrie cum se creaza un podcast in trei pasi a fost
luat din resursele de la Timsoft si republicat pentru a fi mai usor accesibil:

STEP 1: Create a Podcast

· Create content (speech, music, etc.) using your favorite sound editing program (recommendations coming soon!)

· Convert that file to an MP3 file (if it’s not already that format)

o Recommended encodings:

§ Speech only: 48k or 56k MONO

§ Speech and Music: 64k STEREO

· Don’t forget to set the ID tag info. This can be done with iTunes, WinAmp (i.e. almost any MP3 player can help you edit the tags, use ID2 if possible)

o Artist

o Genre: Podcast if you can, Speech if not possible to set it to podcast

o Date

STEP 2: Upload your Podcast

· this is just like uploading pictures).

· You need to be able to upload (sometimes using FTP) your .mp3 file to a host somewhere that will allow downloading of the file using HTTP protocol.

STEP 3: Post a blog entry that references your Podcast file in an RSS2 enclosure tag

· There’s an easy way and a hard way

o The Hard way:

1. Have your own blogging service that will let you edit your RSS feed

2. Add a tag that looks like this to your RSS feed:

3. How to do that for various services is a topic for future discussion.

o The Easy way:

1. The easiest way to do this is to use a blog service that supports enclosures like Radio Userland (other information about other services are welcome, send us email!)

· In Userland, once you have your account setup you go to Prefs and look for the RSS enclosures link

· NOTE: THIS LINK WILL ONLY WORK IF YOU HAVE RADIO USERLAND INSTALLED AS IT REFERS TO THE SERVER WHICH RADIO INSTALLS ON YOUR COMPUTER!

2. You need to turn on enclosures before you can get your podcasts to be recognized by podcast downloading programs (like iPodder). There’s a checkbox which reads:

· Check this box if you want to be able to add enclosures to your own output channels. (A new field will appear on the desktop website home page.)

· Make sure this box is checked.

1. Once you’ve done that on the page which allows you to post blog entries there will be an additional text box where you put your enclosure URL (aka the link to your .mp3 file).

2. Once you post the blog entry…. You’re a PODCASTER!

Gmail resusciteaza yahoo

Salutare tuturor.

Apropo de faptul ca yahoo va mari spatiul de stocare de la 250 de mega
la 1 giga, trebuie spus ca google a marit deja spatiul la 2 giga.

Sa nu uitam ca deabia dupa ce google a anuntat ca va face mail de 1 giga
yahoo a marit spatiul de stocare de la 5 mega sau cat era la 100 de mega si apoi la 250 de mega.

Iata beneficiile concurentei si modul in care google forteaza yahoo sa
nu mai fie asa de "stransi la punga" cu spatiul de stocare.

Podcasting

Salutare tuturor.

In cautarea unei teme pentru proiectul de diploma am citit
(la recomandarea doamnei profesoare} despre podcasting.

Podcasting-ul este crearea intr-o anumita maniera a continutului audio in format mp3. prin intermediul unui RSS feed care suporta incluziunile.Podcasts-urile sunt destinate pentru a include talk show-r i, tutoriale, muzica, si alte tipuri de continut audio.

Un exemplu de utilizare a podcasting-ului este radioul la cerere, acesta oferind mai multe optiuni in termenii continutului si al programarii.Cu podcasting ascultatorii pot sa decida cand si unde vor sa asculte muzica favorita.

Ar mai fi mute de spus despre aceasta tema care-mi pare foarte interesanta si foarte utila.

Noul meu blog

Salutare tuturor.

Am avut probleme cu vechiul blog (care de altfel nu era prea feed-uit) si ca urmare am facut unul nou. De asemenea m-am abonat la Haloscan si cu ocazia asta mi-am si pus butonul respectiv plus facilitatea de trackback.

M-am abonat si la weblogurile colegilor mei. Am inceput mai greu, dar de acum incolo ma voi ocupa cat mai serios de acest weblog. Sper sa fi meritat asteptarea :))
